4/6/2017 Day 1 Rolling Out to Moab

We (myself, Mike & Angie, Brandon, Tammy & Colby, and Carl, Anne, & Jaqueline) left Kennewick about 1:00 pm, the new Moho was running like a race truck with Julia on the trailer behind following the 3 diesel pushers in front. The tongue angle wasn’t optimal but everything was working well. Our friends Steve and Stephanie had left a few hours before us and grabbed a spot at a campground in Heyburn, ID. With gas stops in La Grande OR, and Caldwell Id we rolled into the campground in Heyburn ID for the night. The idea was we all would grab a site at the campground, but after watching one of our group mess with backing into their spot in the dark Mike and I decided we were good in the parking lot of the visitor’s center next door. We consumed a few adult beverages and called it a night.
