The Wedding

As I mentioned previously, we were dealing with a crazy rain storm that pelted Vegas, and killed our observation deck plans, but plan b was just as fun, getting married indoors, not freezing and getting all wet in our wedding garb suited us just fine.

There are other shots of the ceremony, but we haven’t received them yet, after the ceremony it’s off to dinner thanks to Cy & Bonnie for stealing the tab…

Then we took a stroll down the infamous Fremont Street…

Then we found some street performers that we had to include in the pictures… Then we happened to pass a live band, and as luck would have they played a slow song for us and we got our “First Dance” in on Fremont Street.  The street performers were really nice and they even came out and gave Mandi a heart made of reeds (I guess in case mine fails…)…  And of course the night could not end without the cursory Harley Picture and a caricature of the newlyweds…

April 26th; We slept in until Lunch, as we were up most of the night, and took another ride to the HD Cafe, for a late lunch after dropping our laundry off, then on to the newly open Harley Davidson Store next to the airport for a little shopping…

Then we rode back, grabbed our laundry, and rode the monorail around town to get some “strip pics” (it’s in the Vegas handbook, you must take so many shots of you on the strip to prove without a doubt you were there)…

After all this, we decided to go back and have a late dinner at McCall’s in the hotel and call it an early night (Midnite), since planes would be leaving around 9:00 am.

Next up, my ride home
